1. Problem Acceptance and Diagnosis

• Response: Upon receiving your after-sales inquiry, we promise to confirm and respond within one business day.
• Analysis: We will communicate closely with you, requesting photos, videos, or samples if necessary, to accurately diagnose whether the problem stems from quality, shipping, or other causes.

2. Efficient Solutions:

Once a product quality issue is confirmed, we will offer the following solutions for negotiation:

• Goods Compensation: Free replacement of qualified products in the next order; this is the preferred option.
• Financial Compensation: Providing corresponding price discounts or refunds based on the proportion of the problem.
• Individual Cases: For individual defective products, replacements can be arranged.

3. Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement:

• We view every after-sales case as an opportunity for improvement. Each case is entered into our quality improvement system and traced back to the production process.
• We will develop and implement corrective and preventive action reports and are willing to share summaries with you to ensure transparency in our improvement process and ensure that similar problems never recur.

4. Early Quality Assurance (Prevention Mechanism):

We firmly believe that "quality is produced, not inspected." Therefore, we invest heavily in early prevention:

• Pre-production Inspection: Rigorous inspection of raw materials and the first piece on the production line.
• In-production Inspection: Random sampling inspections are conducted at each key stage of production.
• Pre-shipment Inspection: Final random inspections are performed according to international sampling standards (such as AQL).
• User Testing: For new products or important batches, we conduct tests simulating real-world usage scenarios to eliminate common quality issues.
